Interior Renovation - industrial warehouse, about 1200 sq.m. City of Richmond. We received the building permit. The city review process took about 18 weeks. It is considered fast during the pandemic period. How? Knowing the code/design issues on the design. Working closely with the city plan reviewer. Knowing what the plan reviewer is looking at/for. Completed in Feb., 2022
